WHAT IS PREPARE/ENRICH?

Prepare/Enrich® is the leading relationship inventory and skill-building program used nationally and internationally to significantly improve a couple’s relationship. Prepare/Enrich® is custom tailored to your relationship and provides exercises to strengthen your relationship skills. The program is the result of many years of clinical research.

Prepare/Enrich® includes a customized assessment that couples complete online to help identify their strengths and potential growth areas. It is one of the most widely used programs for premarital counseling and premarital education, and it is also used for marriage counseling, marriage
enrichment, and for dating couples considering engagement. Prepare/Enrich® has been used effectively with couples of all sexual orientations.


​Based on a couple's assessment results, Amy will provide feedback over five (or more) sessions in which you will discuss the results and work on proven relationship skill-building techniques.
